HAS ANYONE ELSE BEEN EXPERIENCING THIS???

When this happened to me , it usually meant that my TMHI was disconnected and my device connected to our backup internet. You my want to turn your modem off/on.

I've rebooted it several times when that happens to no avail......it disconnects from the internet at least 20 times a day

I would contact TMHI  Customerservice  @1-(844)275-9310
