Tampa Home Internet Problems

I live in North Tampa and have had the home Internet service for about 6 to 7 months. It has been and got awful just like the other services that I have had before. I keep losing signal intermittently throughout the day my solar panels have a log and each day I lose signal and Internet service about 6 to 7 times a day to include during work hours. I most recently was doing an interview and lost Internet during the dang interview.  I have called the worthless and useless customer service on multiple occasions nobody can ever help me.  they were supposed to have called me back two weeks ago never did I am so fed up with them. Is anybody else having problems in the north Tampa area?  There are no other reliable Internet solutions so I feel like I have to settle for this crappy service. T-Mobile has oversold and under delivered on 5G in my opinion.
