Unable to purchase a phone online. There is no any issues with the payment. Everything is fine even the home address is same as on the payment info. i tried to talk with customer care but still they are unable to fix it. For the Monthly payment it works with the same card but does not work while purchasing the new phone.

Os ypur billing and shipping address the same as the billing address for your postpaid account that was set when you opened the T-Mobile account?

My billing and shipping address are same. Even i put both customer care from bank and t-mobile on phone at the same time.

As mentioned by @HeavenM in another thread.  Business and Government accounts can only make purchases in-store.  Could that be why?
