Been a customer for 10 years somehow. Yet unable to get a replacement SIM card … well…I'm out of here, good luck T-Mobile.
They don’t just magically appear out of thin air. Did you visit a store to purchase one? Did you try ordering one online?

Go try to order one on the account page for a current phone, good luck.
helps to know a bit of background on what you tried and where it was denied..if youre hoping an agent will spot this and try to save the day im afraid this is primarily a peer to peer site..no assistance other than from another customer.
