How long does it take to get the $50 card and if in time, can it pay your first bill?
We’ve still not received our $50 I’net promotion card and it’s been over a month ago. Today, per your online customer service rep, I enter tour site trying to get in to the promotion port and it put me on hold for almost 30 minutes. I finally hung up on that. What’s the reason for the run around/
I find it very misleading when it says ‘received’ and it is no where to be found in your email.
