Access to billing detail

Hi, 

My husband and I are both unable to view the details of our monthly bill and each gets a message that we need to request access from the primary account holder. When we hit the button to request it gives an error that our wires are crossed.  We can only see the line charges for our phone.  What is going on and who the heck is the primary account owner?

How many lines are on the account? You can sign into your MyTmobile account and go to line settings to determine what type of access each line has. One should be set as the PAH and that is who is responsible for paying the bill.

If you two are the only two lines on the account.  You might need to visit a store to have the Primary Account Holder set to one of your two lines.  That would be the person whose name is on the account and that is also the person that opened the T-Mobile account.
