So I have a family plan and my husband is the account holder.  Is it possible to move the account under me as the account holder?  Also, why is upgrading our plan to the GO5G way more expensive then if we were new customers?

he will need to contact TMO and move the PAH (Primary Account Holder) to you instead of him.
