I've been a customer for over 29 years i can't get any frees unless I switch plans. No AAA NO autopay discount nothing they promise to new and old. This is because I have been loyal to them my only company ever have brought all my family and friends. 🤬🤬
Are there other long time T-Mobile customers upset that they don't get perks because you wont change to a new plan?

Been with them for 20 years and I'm happy with my 55+One plan. I'll take my plan cost savings over free add ons. I had AAA once and was a waste of money.
