Unbelievable how it seems like I'm not the only one having the same issue with the insurance company. I send my device back & 2 months later I've been charged the $400 because supposedly they scan the device but didn't open it yet. I keep calling & they keep telling me in 2 to 3 days we should have a response well my 5 time calling and now after I was told they received the device but haven't open the package they said the package was empty. Why? Because they trying to make you to stop calling but I ma find anything I can to get that charge off my bill. Even if I have to I will sued them because it seems like is a main issue with this company. They being irresponsible and then want to blame the customers and charges them. You call the York PA company and they don't answer you.
