So I signed up for auto pay for my first billing cycle coming up. Unfortunately the day its set to process is too soon so I'll have to cancel it and pay on my normal due date....question is, if I do so will I still get the discount for setting it up again?

The discount applies when autopay is active. If you disable autopay, the discount goes away. There is no limit I am aware of for how many times it can be turned off and on again before the discount just stops completely.
