I’ve been trying for the last 3 months now to edit and update my auto pay settings. It is somehow stuck on the card I originally started my service with that I no longer use. I’ve deleted it out of my saved payment method, yet somehow it still shows. I’ve tried in the app, on the website, and even had a T-Mobile representative try from their end, to no avail. Every time I try to edit my method of payment it says “Oops, something’s wrong, please try again later”. I’ve tried with a balance, without a balance, beginning of the month, end of the month, morning, afternoon, nighttime, etc. NOTHING WORKS! I’m missing out on saving $15 a month because of this “technical oops”! I’m starting to get rather aggravated…
