I just switched to Tmobile today. We signed up for one of the military discount plans and they put us on a business acount. Well since we left, my wife’s phone won’t allow her to make calls, and we can’t access the regular Tmobile website to utilize any benefits. We tried calling support and they weren’t even sure how to fix it.  I was looking forward to switching to Tmobile, but so far I’m disappointed.
