The monthly bill has gone up to $27~ since last December.

I attempted to access the bill details but require authorization from the main account holder.

Currently, I am under my brother's account, and he is unable to log in to the T-Mobile account to grant access as he is overseas on military duty.

 

Is there a way to access the billing details without needing approval from the main account holder?
