I want to obtain data usage records going back to 2017 but i can only see data usage for my account going back to 2018. How do I go back farther in the data to get what I need?

You need to contact customer support to get the records going that far back.

...and, there may be a fee to get records that far back.
Is there a way for me to get my phone usage from 5 years ago
