Can't get an access to Bills niether App or Web

I can't access my bills, neither in the app nor in the browser. When I click on the bill tab in the app, a loading icon appears, and then nothing happens (I waited for 30 minutes to make sure it wouldn't load).

When it comes to the web browser, I have the same issue, a loading icon that never disappears.

I've tried all the recommendations, such as reinstalling the app, logging out and logging in, clearing the cache, and using a different browser, but the issue is still there.

The customer support hasn't been of much help. Every time I reach out to them to get my bill, they tell me they submit the ticket and it will be solved within 24 hours. Last time they proposed to send the bill to my email. They claim they sent it to my email, but it never arrives. Today, they even proposed that I pay $5 to get the paper version of my bill 🤦 (eventually, they said they would send it for free when I asked if they were serious).

Has anyone here experienced or is currently experiencing the same issue?
