Hey there! You can actually cancel your FamilyWhere subscription by following these steps:
Cancel your subscription on My T-Mobile
- Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
- Select PROFILE.
- Select Family Control.
- Select FamilyWhere and then select Access FamilyWhere.
- Click Settings.
- Under My Settings, select Unsubscribe.
- Click Unsubscribe from T-Mobile FamilyWhere.
- Click Unsubscribe.
I did this and I went to a tmobile store and they couldn’t take this off. I never subscribe for this option. Why should I anyways I don’t have kids to track them done….so it’s pretty annoying at this point.
