I recently upgraded our two iPhone and our service to receive iPhone 13s and free standard netflix. However, in following the instruction from a T-Mobile rep, Netflix asked for a credit. The rep said it was just for verification. However, pending charges on my credit card account were immediately made. I thought the service was free.

It might just be an authorization to verify the credit card is legit. The transaction should fall off after 5 business days, if that is what you are seeing is for.
