Have 5G with 2 bars and nothing will load or send. Calls aren’t working well. Bill is paid. I’ve turned phone on and off many times. Wi-Fi is off and data roaming is on. What is going on?!

If you are domestically roaming, you might be over your allowed domestic roaming data allowance. Bars really don’t present an accurate interpretation of how good your signal is. Depending on the device you have will ultimately depend on how much those two bars will vary from the reality of usable cellular signal.
has 5G always worked fine in that area? if so then it could be a tower issue either with the closest one you usually connect to forcing you onto a further out tower or the next tower out is down and forcing everyone usually on that one onto yours bogging it down.
does the issue go away once you leave that area by say 5+ miles in any direction?
