I just got off the phone with customer service and they had to provide me a new promotion code link. It took about 30 minutes to do. I hope this will work, I have been trying to get the status of the Echo device for 5 weeks now.
I added a second line and got a new phone as well and it was easy as can be. But trying to get my promotions is nearly impossible. And very frustrating also time consuming. They should give me a bill discount for all the work hours I have put in to deal with something that should be automatic.
