When with sprint we got an employee discount with no hassle, Just needed to show a paystub and was given the discount. 

I tried to sign up for my discount though T-Mobile and was told i needed to upgrade my account and add a line. I don’t need an extra line nor do I want to upgrade my plan. What I have works for my family. I have what I can afford.  Is there some mistake here i was informed of or is anyone else having issues with this?? Since the merge I’ve had nothing but problems with T-Mobile. 

Tmobile did away with most corporate discounts a few years back. Only certain plans are eligible for corporate discounts. The last plan I had with a corporate discount was the Simple Choice in 2017 but when I changed to the 55+ One plan I lost the discount.
