ex-customer need copy of my previous bills

I moved to a different carrier from t-mobile and lost access to my account. I need access to my previous bills. I was in contact with customer service twice, got rerouted thrice each time and was asked to call a number. The rep on call asked to go to a store and the store rep said they cannot help.

If your account is still in the system even though it has been closed.  You can visit a T-mobile Store to have them printed.  If it has been a long time since your account has been closed, the account will have been purged from the system.
