Frustrated that I can't actually do anything with my account online

Why do I need to call T-Mobile any time I need to do something?  It is frustrating that I have to call and get transferred around to 3 different people every single time to get something done.

What are you needing done on your account? You can also use messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter and ask them to make any changes.
