Got free phone offer and assistance from T-Mobile and they opened another account for the free phones. I took this to the main store as directed by nearby store, all after trying to resolve over the phone. A T-Mobile manager assisted me in store with the two accounts only to find out that it wasn’t resolved. Now I have been sent to collections for line cancellations and charged the full price of the iPhones, saying I left T-Mobile. I am still very much a customer and using the iPhone 12.

Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
