all phones on my account stopped working and i can’t get technical help

you can try the chat feature in here but its a bit hit and miss. there is also their social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter..the later two lands you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support.

 

are all the phones on your account in the same home? and is the issue only while at one location or everywhere you guys go?

I'm in Georgia and T-Mobile said they’re working on outage due to 5g enhancements in my area…I was able to get 2 phones back working but one phone is old and has an older sim card so I have to go into the T-Mobile store to replace the sim card..

You may need to replace the older phone if it doesn’t support VoLTE since Tmobile is phasing out the 3G band.

The older phone is an iPhone 11..I didn’t know that it wouldn’t be supported...I planned to upgrade the phones to the new iPhone14Pro

The 11 will work fine. The older iPhones like the 5 won't work.
