I just switched from Verizon to T-mobile. My phone number has already been ported and I can’t like my number to get a T-mobile ID. Customer service has been useless. They said wait 48 hours and it’s been 5 days and I still keep getting this error message.
What’s weird is I can log into my T-mobile for business account and see all of the phone lines connected to my account.
Does anyone know what I need to do? Appreciate any help.
