Hot to escalate an issue with customer service & billing

I am a disabled veteran and fought for 2 months to get my bill plan switched to a cheaper, military plan and after many, many calles and hours on hold, i finally got everything fixed.  Then i was stupid enough to take the Netflix discount offer and now my bill has jumped up $30!  I am exhausted with Tmobile customer service and have PTSD from my last bought with them.  How can I get this resolved quickly and painlessly?

contact them through either Facebook or Twitter..this starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents. send them a direct message..do not post on their main page.
