I was on my mom's account. She passed away. I'm trying to close the account
They keep saying they have to fill out a form and then someone will call me back. NOBODY calls back. Now I have to wait another 4 days and someone is supposed to call. This is ridiculous. Going on 3 weeks now!!

Have you tried contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you?

I understand why you said unfortunately. Trying to get anyone on their contract service is bull s__t.

contact them through either Facebook or Twitter. this starts you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support agents.
