my response was to the 15 hour ago poster.

That's the one I was referring to also.  One post by the person only, posting in a thread a year old, and posting nothing related to what the OP's subject was.  Seems like a bot in my opinion.

refunds also depend on if you are on prepaid or post paid.

I'm pretty sure that year later reply was a bot.  It also has nothing to do with the thread topic.

ONCE T-MOBILE GETS YOUR MONEY..THEY ARE NOT AS WILLING TO ADDRESS YOUR ISSUES. DONOT PAY IN ADVANCE...THEY WILL NOT DO REFUNDS IF NEEDED...TYPICAL, GOOD GUYS FINISH LAST
