I was given a T-Mobile phone by a organization for.services provided and my information was compromised because of.the August 2021 breech. I never received notice because I am not the account holder. I have 3 sources which gave t-mobile as the cause. My DL and SS numbers are on the darkweb. What can I do?

For the August 2021 breach, you should have received a mailing from T-Mobile last September (at the earliest) informing you of what occurred.
