I need to reactivate my line outside of a ‘payment cycle’. I can’t wait a week for the line to be reactivated. credit card payment has been made. So funds are available. I’m also happy to delete this line and start a new one if that’s the only solution but I can’t see that option either. I just need a line in 2 days time.
Customer Care or the T-Force Team would be the best people to help you figure this out. No one here has access to your account. I don’t know if Customer Care is open today but you can try calling 611 from your T-Mobile device to see or try reaching out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter.
