That's a great questions
When you log into your account, you should have a magenta PAY BILL button at the top. You'll wanna click that, and there should be an option to remove your credit card on the right hand side. Give that a shot and let us know if that helps. Thanks! 😊
It doesn’t give me that option it is in autopay and it says in use what else can I do

You must add a 2nd card first. Choose the new card as the default payment choice. Then, you should be able to remove the old card. Autopay needs to have a viable choice left when you try to remove a payment method.
