I previously disabled data on a child’s phone line. I’d like to now re-enable data but in the account add-on settings the option is no longer available only says “customer declined data.” Do I need to call support to manually re-enable data for this line?
It sounds like you did more than just turn it off. You can call Support or reach out to T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter through DM to have them re-enable the data for the line.
Does anyone else have experience with re-enabling data from Monthly Data Plan after declining it? There is only one option “No Data” for this line.
