I can't get into my T Mobile account. I have the username and password.

Greetings @TMobileHelp @TMobile my phone was stolen on August 6, 2023. I connected my backup phone the same day. Also, on August 6, 2023, I was locked out of my T Mobile account on the web (picture attached). I have the correct username and password. When I sign into the T Mobile mobile app, I receive the same error message when I try to view my T Mobile account information. Today is August 15, 2023. Of course, I always treat the T Mobile staff with the utmost respect at all times. Unfortunately, when I speak with customer support on the phone or via chat here, no one has any idea why I'm unable to view my T Mobile account information or how to fix it. Please advise if you have any ideas how I can access my T Mobile account information. Thank you. MP.

How old is your backup device?  App compatibility falls off the older a device gets.  Have you tried reaching out to T-Mobile through DM on Facebook or Twitter?  You will start off at tier 2 support.
