I need help with Payment

Hello,

I was set up in Automatic Payment and for some reason it’s stopped working, and I got a charge for late fee of 5USD. 


I don’t think I should be charged that since I had it in automatic payment.

 

Also, I try to make the payment and says the card is not working, I try different ones and they don’t let me put the ZipCode (it’s international and has 4 digits not 5).

I need help with this since I need to set up the payment again with an international credit card.

 

Also, I don’t find the chat support feature and can’t make phone calls from South America through Skype.

you can contact them through either Facebook or Twitter as well..

 

 

was the card previously used/set up for payments an international card as well or this is a new card you are trying to set up?

Hello,

 

The international number is not working either if I call from Skype.

 

I was also using an international card and suddenly it stopped working and I got an extra charge for late payment.

As long as you use a Tmobile phone. It even says it in the link.
