Hello,
I was set up in Automatic Payment and for some reason it’s stopped working, and I got a charge for late fee of 5USD.
I don’t think I should be charged that since I had it in automatic payment.
Also, I try to make the payment and says the card is not working, I try different ones and they don’t let me put the ZipCode (it’s international and has 4 digits not 5).
I need help with this since I need to set up the payment again with an international credit card.
Also, I don’t find the chat support feature and can’t make phone calls from South America through Skype.
