Tmobile only tracks data usage not where surfing history.
Does it mean it will show when the user was online, but not the url?

It will show the times of the data usage also it won't show wifi usage.

You can get general usage but not the content within them. So a person could use let's say Google.com and do searches it'll show the data usage for those searches, but not show if they were using google and what they were searching for.

That sounds to me like something that needs to be logged on the device.
