Issue intalling esim

Hi! I purchased my eSim (different number than the one registered here).
I received the confirmation email with my new tmobile number, I payed for it (I got my money taken), but the configuration didn’t started.

I tried configurating manually, either by calling the call center, entering both SM-DP+ addresses T-MOBILE.GDFB.NET (error message: impossible to activate) and T-MOBILE.GDSB.NET (error message: no longer available).

What shoul I do?
I do have a number, but can’t connect it with my phone

Yes, but entering the SM-DP+ address stated on the tutorial doesn’t seem to work, as I get the message that the code is no longer valid

Where are you trying to activate the esim?

Any update on this? Also having this issue
