I have been trying to upgrade from One to Magenta Max. However, I keep getting an error message (see below). I have tried several times on my phone and on my computer and I keep getting the same message.

I have also tried going through the app and still got the same Oops message.

you might end up having to go into a physical store to verify who you are..

if you are using a VPN on your phone or computer. try disabling it while you try to do what you are doing
