This is basically a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to call Tmobile support to see if they can do it for you.
Its been terrible to get hold to customers rep.

Try using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help.
This is the first time I've ever seen this question ever asked on any version of this forum.
