mixed up accounts


I am on a T Mobil phone plan with my family. But my wife and I living at a separate residence just signed up and are receiving YMobil home internet. I have not received my $50 gif card and I can't see our Home Internet account. Everytime I try to log in it brings the phone account up. Can you help?

This is a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation that don’t have account access. Try using messenger on Tmobile’s Facebook or twitter accounts.

As for not seeing your gateway i have no idea on that, but your G/C may take up to 6 wks to arrive.
