Hello everyone. As title says, bank was charged, but no payment history.
I made two different payment attempts on 8/23/22. The first was with my credit union credit card. It didn’t send me a receipt, which I thought was weird. At first I assumed maybe internet error.
I tried with my checkings account debit card , which worked immediately. However, when I logged into my credit union account, I saw my payment went through after all. Despite this, there was no remaining balance reflecting this charge on my account.
I tried calling customer service, but they just told me to call my bank. I already know they’ll tell me to have T-mobile cancel this transaction, so does anyone know what recourse I can take?
