I have t-mobile integrated with Netflix account. In the last couple of weeks, when I sign in to Netflix it is prompting for the PW, I enter the pw and it responds it is the incorrect PW. When I go into reset the PW the prepopulated email address is incorrect and has also changed multiple times, see screenshot. I also removed the netflix/t-mobile integration and re added and the same thing happened again, however the email address had changed again. Where has my account been compromised and how do i correct this?

Same thing has happen to me twice now in 2 days. Only device connected was 1 Samsung TV
