New Cell Phone Service in Criders, VA

Since T-Mobile bought Sprint - our service in our small community has gotten worse, to the point now that we cannot make cell phone calls in or out.   

What is wrong with the tower?   Why do we not have service now, even though our rates have drastically increased.

Elderly live in our community, years ago when we got cell service with Sprint most gave up their land lines - now no one has a way to call for emergencies.  Something must be done.

you will need to contact TMO either through calling them or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..the site itself is primarily peer to peer.

If you are still using your old Sprint device.  That might be the issue.
