new SIM card has no service

I bought the new SIM card with prepaid plan last week.  Before activation, my phone was able to connect to t-mobile network. After activation,  it stopped registration with t-mobile network, just displaying “no service”.   The phone still works fine with my other t-mobile SIM card.

Is t-mobile blocking my phone for this new SIM card?  

 

Please help.

You need to call Tmobile or go to a store to transfer  your plan to the new sim.

Then you need to call Tmobile. Have you paid for a new plan with the sim?
