We had a 2nd phone line for a year or so, and our bill went up for the 2nd line.  The person using it mostly just transferred it to a different phone company, and our t-mobile bill shows the decrease in phone lines.  But the billing amount didn’t decrease.  We’re sorta curious about this, and I can’t find any information (other than the transfer of the phone number to another company) in our statement. Does anyone have an explanation for why we seem to be paying permanently for the 2nd phone number, when t-mobile no longer serves it?

Lessee … It’s called “Essentials”

(It sure takes a lot of wandering to find the name … ;-)   And it takes even longer to get back to here, since the usual “open in new tab” and “go back to previous page” clicks don’t work here. I thought I’d saved the window, but it was logged out, and I’ve had to log in 3 times to get to this Reply window. )
