I haven’t been a customer for like 2+ years now, but I got this email: I called the number and someone answered but pretended to not speak English, the number is from the same town I used to live in.
I called billing and they could find no account associated with my email, or my last name and last for digits of social. I can’t login to my account anymore because I don’t have any phones associated with T-mobile anymore.
I am worried my identity has been stolen or something and I would like some answers, please!
