I am trying to look up a phone number in my call history from 2 years ago. Is there any way I can access that ? It seems like I can only go back 18 months in my call history
I need the same thing and spent the last two hours talking to agents. They can’t help !!!!!!!!!!!!

If you had saved those bills from more than 18 months ago, you would have them. T-Mobile only stores the last 18 months of bills for your account in a way you can access them.
Understood, but this is for a legal situation where the fact that I made a call to someone could give me the documents I need. Had no idea at that time I would need it.

You need to call Tmobile or go to the store to request copies more than 18 months ago.
