paperless settings not found

I’ve signed up a year ago for paperless billing, but continue to get paper bill……. I have auto pay. 

I’ve looked around for 30 minutes on t mobile site and any link I saw for paperless billing led to a page with “Page not found”.

I just want to get no paper bill at all……. can’t find a way to stop the paper, or find setting on site.

Try going into your Mytmobile account and go to profile then select billing and payment and that's where paper less billing is for me.
