I spoke to someone earlier and they told me to make a payment of $7.00 and so I did and they told me that they would be able to help me.

no one in here has account access..you will need to call TMO back or contact them through one of their social media platforms.

 

a bit confused on what the $7.00 had to do with trying to set up a payment arrangement though.

I want to remove The card i currently have for autopay each month, how can i do that?
