So I just wanna know if anybody else has had a problem like mine. Recently this has also happened with my mother. When I got my phone I had set up automatic payment plans and so the past couple months they had not been taking my payment when I know there was money on my account becuase that is my main banking and they waited a couple months until the money added up and shut my phone off and now wants me to pay a whole bunch of money just to get my phone turned back on. It’s ridicules and I should not have to worry about this.
