After I ported over from my previous carrier, isn’t T-Mobile supposed to payoff the amount due from that carrier? When and how does that happen?

Once you complete the forms Tmobile will issue you a prepaid debit card in 6 to 8 weeks but you still need to pay your final bill from previous carrier.
Us too. They are promising things they never intend to fulfill!
